Mainland France (Colissimo): 2 to 5 business days
Europe (DHL): 5 to 10 business days
International (DHL): 7 to 15 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before final confirmation. Additional fees may apply for remote or special delivery zones.

4. Order Tracking

5. Pickup Point Delivery

We also offer a pickup point delivery option for select destinations. This allows you to collect your parcel at a location near you at your convenience.
