RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – APARANJAN
At Aparanjan, your satisfaction is our priority. If, however, an item does not suit you, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days from the date of receipt, under the following conditions:
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original box and packaging, with all original tags and any included accessories.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible free of charge (subject to availability).
If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, please contact our customer service at:

The cost of shipping the exchanged item will be covered by Aparanjan.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email, and the return shipping cost will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, within 14 days after receiving and validating the returned item.
