Are the jewelry water resistant?

Our jewelry is water resistant , and can withstand sea or pool bathing , as long as it remains occasional .

To preserve their shine over the long term, we advise you to:

Store them in their pouch when not being worn, away from humidity.

Dry them carefully with a soft cloth after contact with water.

Remove them when sleeping , especially if you are wearing several pieces: this prevents knots and weakening of the finest stitches.

Avoid direct contact with perfume or alcohol , which may alter the color.

💡 Tip: Put on your jewelry after your makeup routine , and remember to take it off before a workout.

How do I clean/maintain my jewelry?

For gold plated jewelry

No complex maintenance is necessary. Occasional cleaning with a little Marseille soap and a soft toothbrush , followed by wiping with a soft cloth, is enough to restore their shine.

For silver jewelry

Silver oxidizes naturally on contact with air and skin (appearance of sulfide).
This phenomenon is natural and inevitable , particularly during periods of high heat or in cases of higher skin acidity.

To revive the shine of your silver jewelry:

Use special silverware wipes , which are very effective.

Grandma's tricks (like toothpaste) can also work gently.

Water resistance

Our jewelry is water resistant and can be worn in the sea or swimming pool , provided that it remains occasional.
After contact with water, dry them carefully using a clean, dry cloth.

Things to avoid to preserve your jewelry

Direct contact with perfumes , alcohol being corrosive.

Wearing while sleeping , especially for fine mesh or accumulations (risk of tangling or weakening).

Sport , which accelerates the wear of the finishes.

Storage

Always store your jewelry in its original pouches or boxes , away from light, humidity and friction.

I don't know my ring size

To find your size, measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear.
You can easily find the correspondences with French sizes by doing a simple Google search.

Our materials

All our jewelry is made in France and assembled by hand in our Marseille workshop , open to the public from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Each piece is made to order , according to your specifications: length, color, size ... for a piece of jewelry that truly reflects your image.

Gold plated

Our creations are designed on a brass base, covered with a 14 carat gold plating , with an 18 carat tint for a warmer color.
The plating varies between 1 and 3 microns , depending on the model.

We also offer a selection in gold-plated 925 silver , ideal for sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

Silver & Silver Plated

Most of our earrings, rings and pendants are made of 925 silver .
Our chains and hoop earrings are 10 micron silver plated , with maintenance similar to solid silver.

Natural stones

We work exclusively with natural fine and semi-precious stones .
Each of them is unique, and may present slight variations in color, shape , or even some natural inclusions , which are part of their charm.

I have a question about a product that is out of stock

Most of our online items will be restocked. We receive restocks every day. We invite you to register for the product you are interested in and you will be notified as soon as it is back in stock.

For your information, sale items will not be renewed.

What is the delivery time?

Preparation times

In normal times, orders are prepared within 2 to 5 working days .
Each piece is made to order, by hand, in our Marseille workshop, according to your personalization choices.

During busy periods (especially during the holidays, Christmas, sales, etc.), the preparation time may be extended by an additional 5 to 7 working days . We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Delivery times – Metropolitan France

Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 48 to 72 working hours , depending on the delivery method selected (indicative times).

For any order placed on Friday or during the weekend, the package is collected on Monday for delivery from Tuesday.

Depending on your postal code (rural areas), delivery can take 48 to 72 hours . The list of affected areas is available upon request.

Don't panic , it's very often just a delay in processing or delivery on the part of the carrier.

For Colissimo , you can call 3631 (La Poste customer service) to find out the delivery status.

After 7 working days from dispatch , if you still have not received anything, contact us via the contact form

How to make a return/exchange?

How does your after-sales service work?

Your jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase, in the event of breakage or manufacturing defect .

Beyond this period, we remain at your disposal:
We offer, depending on the case, repairs or replacements of parts , when possible.


These interventions can be free or carried out on a quote at a reduced cost , for any purchase made in the last 24 months .

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is ready to leave our workshop, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking link .

Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to activate the link and scan the package.

Remember to check your spam or junk mail , follow-up emails can sometimes slip in there.

If you cannot find your tracking number or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form : a member of our team will assist you in locating your order.

I would like to make a return

Return period – General conditions

Normally, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Beyond this period, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Returned items must be:

New, unworn and unpersonalized

Returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all protections

In perfect condition, without damage or signs of wear

We recommend reusing the original shipping carton , especially for rings and fragile parts.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transport.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

In the event of a complete return of an order that benefited from free delivery, processing and transport costs will be deducted from the refund, equivalent to the actual shipping costs incurred.

Personalized items

Personalized items are not exchangeable or refundable.

In the event of a return that does not comply with our policy, a payment link will be sent to you to cover the cost of reshipping your order.
